Group Fitness classes are a mix of Cardio, Resistance Band Training, Intervals and Group Activities modified for all fitness levels. For the group class I ask that everyone BYO exercise or Yoga mat (I carry spares if you forget) and I will have exercise bands to bring each week. The bands are available for purchase if you’d like to use them for optional home workouts I will set during the week to get the most out of training.



Group Fitness Classes are held at Elizabeth Daniels Park, Buderim located on the corner of Mooloolaba Rd and Sydney Lingard Drive.
