WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
I specialise in Resistance Training, Cardio Circuits and HIIT and work at an intensity that feels good for you. I’m a firm believer in working with your body, not against it. If you’re just starting out or haven’t kept a regular fitness routine we can start gently and build up. On the other hand, if you’re already fit and active and looking for a challenge we can turn it up to 11!
I love to keep things simple . Building strength and fitness does’t require expensive equipment or a gym membership. As a Mobile Personal Trainer I come to you and work with whatever space you feel comfortable with at home. Exercises will use a combination of bands, dumbbells and your own body weight as resistance along with incorporating any equipment you have at home that you would like to include.
My services don’t end when our training sessions do. I’m very passionate about what I do and those who know me know this lifestyle is more than just a job for me. I genuinely want you to get the most from working with me. On top of training sessions together we will set up homework (Healthy Habits + Workouts) which I can check up on you through the week to help keep you accountable and on track to reach your goals.
What gets measured, gets done. After setting our original goal we will break down personal milestones to train for in each session and plan specific testing to regularly work towards them.
